ONI Rhytemper® Filter units
Extensions to our temperature control systems
There are perfectly matched accessories for the ONI RHYTEMPER® temperature control systems. Filter units serve the sustainable prevention of tooling contamination and plant malfunctions due to dirt ingress or metallic deposits from the cooling water network.
Advantages
For seamless plant operation regular, manual maintenance of the filter is absolutely necessary.
Scope of supply
- Magnetic filter with brass housing, a woven stainless steel filter cartridge and a magnet integrated into the filter cartridge
- Mounting bracket
- Pressure gauge (0 – 16 bar) or pressure sensors
- Ball valve on the inlet and outlet

- Single filter
- Double filter (enables cleaning while production is running)
